    Right eye of a 54 year old gentleman shows an occult CNVM as well as two focal RPE leaks (one subfoveal, another extrafoveal superonasal to fovea) suggestive of CSCR. There has been no improvement after treatment with avastin and focal photocoagulation for the extrafoveal RPE leak. PDT has been performed, and response will be uploaded later.
